At Siiwan Gujiya, we strive to ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality gujiyas. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • You received an incorrect order.

Note: Returns are not accepted for regular perishable items if they are delivered in good condition.

2. How to Request a Return

If you are eligible for a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping cost.
